Thanks to the fine crew at MORE, we were able to keep this great event alive and kicking. And since we all loved the event just the way it was, we're going to keep it original, from the great trails to the amazing ice cream extravaganza at the finish.

But this year we're adding something new... So for all you Adventure Bike Riders, come and camp out Friday night and on Saturday we'll guide you on an all-day long ride through the local forest roads and paved twisties. And who knows, you might even learn something about the area's history.

And better yet, it's free!...  Why? Because...well, why not?

We love to ride and we want to share that with everyone.

We'll also be selling some great BBQ for dinner and tasty breakfast on Saturday morning, so bring some cash!

Date: Sunday, August 18th

Place: Big Flat Parking Area, Biglerville, PA

Event Entry: $55

AMA Membership is not required, but as always, it is encouraged.

You will need to provide valid registration and insurance for your bike to participate, and all bikes must be street legal, no exceptions.

"The DVTR Michaux Dual Sport ride embodies dual-sport riding on the East Coast. It’s about community, amazing dirt trails, and a 30-year history, but it’s also grit and rebirth. Two years ago, on the eve of the ride, the organizers pulled out a projector and showed slides of riders in the 1980s on these same trails, laughing about times back then. That spirit is what kept me coming back to the oldest dual-sport run in America — that, and the extravagant ice cream bar at the end of the day. Last year’s event promised to be the last, but ECEA’s Delaware Valley Trail Riders offered to help keep this amazing event alive while honoring its storied past and I’m excited to see it continue. I’ve run the event both on my Kawasaki KLX250 and my KTM 250 EXC-F, but others come on everything from enduro bikes to adventure bikes; you just need a plate. This is a run that can grow with you. My first year, I stuck to the scenic ADV loop and in following years I challenged myself to ride the A, B, and C options through rock gardens and forest single-track."

"31 years of an outstanding event is now continuing thanks to the efforts of Michaux Off Road Enthusiasts and Delaware Valley Trail Riders! Get your entry in early to be a part of it."

One last thing, at DVTR, we're always looking to grow our family. If you're interested in joining the fastest growing club in the region and absolutely love to ride, email us or complete the application on the home page. Cheers!
